We use your uploaded pet photo to generate your portrait with OpenAI and fulfil an approved print with Gelato. Stripe processes payment details. We retain order data only as needed to fulfil, support, and meet legal obligations; contact us to request deletion where applicable.

Meta Pixel and optional analytics tools run only after you opt in. They measure page views, viewed themes and print formats, successful preview customisation, checkout starts, and Stripe-confirmed purchases, including the selected product and value. They do not receive your photo, email, delivery address, Stripe session, or order URL.
